HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Williston Sr. High in 2002 with a focus on computer hardware and art. Was heavily involved in local music and played in a few bands.
2002
MINNEAPOLIS COMMUNITY TECH
Started my degree in computer programming and animation, looked around the room and saw a wave of others doing exactly the same thing. Was building houses to pay for school, kept building houses.
2003-current

I am always evolving and learning new things in the industry and attempting to apply old world quality and work ethic with the finest in modern materials to bring something that will outlast my lifespan to ensure my customers get the very best.

June 2003-2007
MARTINSON'S FLOORING
My tile journey began here as a 19 year old, construction and carpentry always having been in my blood. We did everything from carpet, vinyl, hardwood all the way to custom showers, glass enclosures and hard stone counter top installation.
July 2007-2009
INDEPENDENT INSTALLER
I moved to Denver after I was ready to try it on my own and managed to work straight through some of the hardest years in construction without a problem, offering great quality at a great price.
September 2009-2010
PRECISION TILE AND STONE
A Minneapolis company I chose to work for to ensure stability for my first born child, as it was constant work to bid jobs as well as install them, and it was simpler and more cost effective to back down to a simple clock in and out job still getting to do what I knew and loved.
October 2010-2011
VINGE TILE AND STONE
Moved to a more fast paced environment and got to know what a massive crew of like minded installers could accomplish given some of the highest industry standards materials and creative reign. *within reason*
2011-2016
INDEPENDENT INSTALLER
Moved home to Williston, ND and gave running my own tile business another shot. It went very well, but my high standards for detail made it hard to hire anyone so I worked alone for a few years.

Foreman and Lead Installer at Tilemasters Inc, Fargo for the past 5 years; finally making the real move to financial freedom and started this dream of mine back up as Aetherforge Artisans Tile and Stone.
